Only in Japan. Love it.
I usually hate shoulder padded blazers, or minis. But with cool intricate beading/ sequining designs, and flattering cuts, Balmain takes the look to the next level. Love it. //PREMIER// !
Back in the Beautiful City of Eugene! Ready to see everyone? Check! Ready for school? Check! Ready for the cold weather? My Minnetonka Moccasins think so! (Pictured above^ Thank you Spiral Girl! :)
Time to enjoy this new school year and embrace it for all its adventures and excitements.

I’m leaving on a jet plane at 10pm tonight for Eugene Oregon.
No doubt I’m excited to return to the eclectic Eugene Oregon. Full of family new and old, pastors, professors and leaders that care about us, and adventures that I’ll never forget, but I sure will miss home for the time being.
This may sound sappy, and even silly to write about a place that I will return to in about four months, but I don’t care because this is my home first and foremost. No matter where I move to, this will always be my first home and when I leave it, I miss it.
As time progresses, I notice more and more things that I never did before about home, and even Hawaii that I once took for granted. These things, big and small, but mostly small are now cherished as buried treasure that’s now lodged in my memory.
Something that I never noticed before, and without meaning to took for granted were the familiar sounds, warm laughing, and the bustling around in the kitchen that I awake to each morning.
Waking up to these sounds this morning reminded me of the comfort of familiarity; I’ve woken up to this liveliness almost everyday of my life. Sometimes it’s not till somethings gone that you realize they were ever there. So, I’ve been trying to soak up everything I can in this season right now, because you never know when it’s going to be over.
Currently listening to::: Lupe Fiasco. (He’s been looped as my summer playlist :)
Currently Reading::: “Something Borrowed” by Emily Giffin. (Didn’t see the movie yet, and don’t plan to. Not until I finish this book that is)
Currently thinking::: “Should I watch The Incredibles or Coraline?”
